Announcing the 15th Annual Disparities in Health in America Workshop

The 15th Annual Disparities in Health in America: Working Towards Social Justice Workshop will be held from June 19-24, 2017, at Rice University in Houston.

The workshop aims to bring together healthcare professionals, academics, researchers, and community activists to address health inequalities in American society. Topics covered this year include: health policy and health inequities, mental health in America, and health communication.

Attendees can choose to register for the whole workshop (six days) or a truncated amount of time (from one to three days).

Students who attend the full workshop may be able to obtain three units of academic credit. Register for the workshop.
