Submit your abstract by July 21 for the Molecular Biosystems Conference in Chile
You are invited to attend the Molecular Biosystems Conference on Eukaryotic Gene Regulation and Functional Genomics to take place Sept. 23–26 at the Cumbres Hotel in Puerto Varas, Región de Los Lagos, Chile.
The meeting, set in a city with German heritage right by Lake Llanquihue in southern Chile, will cover topics centered on eukaryotic gene regulation. The keynote lecture will be presented by Brenda Andrews of the University of Toronto.
Supported by the Chilean Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and the Genetics Society of America, the conference aims to bring together scientists from all over the world, at different career stages, to discuss recent advances in this active and fast-paced field of research. As this area is gathering increasing attention among Latin American scientists, this meeting will catalyze interactions between local and foreign investigators, who will be able to exchange ideas, discuss cross-disciplinary collaborations and share their research.
Please visit molbiosystems.com for a full list of speakers and additional information about the conference. Importantly, a limited number of fellowships will be available for early career scientists who register and submit an abstract.
The abstract submission and registration deadline is July 21.
Please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who might be interested in attending.
We look forward to meeting you in Chile’s Lake District in September!
