ASBMB and Biophysical Society of China to hold October meeting

The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is partnering with the Biophysical Society of China to present a symposium titled Interplay Between Epigenetic Regulation and Genome Integrity from Oct. 20–24 in Suzhou. Registration for this five-day symposium opens April 1. The abstract deadline is Aug. 30.
Gerald Hart of the University of Georgia, the ASBMB’s president, is co-chairing the conference with Tao Xu of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the CBS’s president.
The keynote speakers include:
- Andre Nussenzweig of the National Institutes of Health,
- Danesh Moazed of Harvard Medical School, and
- Wei Yang* of the National Institutes of Health.
Travel awards are available for graduate students or postdoctoral fellows presenting posters.
